Sell-Side · Step 3

Confidential Marketing and Preparation

Buyers need enough information to get interested. Employees, customers and competitors should not learn the business is for sale. We do both.

How we prepare your business

  • A confidential information memorandum (CIM) covering operations, financials, staff, customers and growth opportunities.
  • An anonymous listing that shows industry, county and asking price only, never your name or address.
  • Clean, normalized financials ready for buyer and lender review.

Where your business is marketed

Listings run on our site and on national marketplaces such as BizBuySell, and go directly to our database of private buyers, private equity and investment groups across the US and Canada.

Frequently asked questions

Will my employees find out my business is for sale?

Not from our marketing. Listings never include your business name or address, and identifying details are released only to screened buyers under a signed NDA.
